“I would recommend Sarah Jane as she made me feel at ease
and let me talk things through. I felt very anxious on our 1st session but by the 2nd session I felt more relaxed.

Between the sessions I used the breathing exercises when I felt my anxiety coming on and it helped me put things into perspective. Thank you!
