Emotional Health Check In

When you cannot see the wood for the trees and you are experiencing difficult feelings, this 1:1 session is where we take our time to relax and explore them.

Each session is discreet and tailored to your individual needs, as we discover what is holding you back in terms of your habits, your relationships, and/or your work.

By the end of the session, you will take away:

  • Practical techniques to feel calmer and more relaxed.
  • Clarity about the issues you are experiencing.
  • Your plan to move forwards.
  • Sessions last for up to 2 Hours – payment is required in advance £149.
  • A free 30 minute follow up call is offered within 1 month of our session.
  • Further sessions can be booked as and when required.
